French Polishing

Our experienced and versatile operatives are able to provide a complete solution to all wood-finishing requirements. For example; doors, staircases, panelling, furniture, counter-tops, flooring and exterior wooden surfaces.

It may be that your existing woodwork is is fairly sound, but would benefit from a 'clean and revive' treatment, whereby the surfaces are washed down and a film of French polish is applied. Or for surfaces that have degraded to the point where they may need more attention, the full 'strip and re-polish' process may be more appropriate. This entails the surfaces being stripped back to bare timber, bleached if necessary and then a new finish applied.
